REMINDER: The Registered Sanitarians and Certified Health Officers Renewal period is 10/2/2023 through 1/15/2024.  Your existing credential expires on 12/31/2023.  Please take advantage of this renewal process, to avoid having to submit a lapsed application and paying a late fee.

 

You may login to the DPH Health Professional Licensing system to start the process to renew your credential.

Certificates and Registrations, along with wallet cards, can be printed from the Health Professions Licensing System, once the renewal application is approved.
